How much is shipping?
We are pleased to offer complementary free ground shipping on orders over $99 to the contiguous United States. 2-3 Day Express Shipping is also available for only $19.99 (includes HI and AK).
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to ship internationally very soon.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is submitted it is sent immediately to our fulfillment center and is readied for shipment, so we are unable to change it. However, we would be happy to assist you with the return process once you receive your package. Please contact us at support@heydewy.com.
What is your return policy?
If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for FREE within 90 days of purchase for a complete refund. Additionally, extended warranty with our partner Extend, may be included at the time of purchase to cover the product for 1 year, 2 years or 3 years after the initial 90 days.
How do I make a return or exchange?
If for any reason you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us at support@heydewy.com and we'd be happy to assist you. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label where you may send us back the product, preferably in its original packaging and condition. Additionally, extended warranty with our partner Extend, may be purchased to cover the product for 1 year, 2 years or 3 years after the initial 90 days.
When can I expect my return to process?
Once received by our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process depending on your financial institution.

When should I use the humidifier?
The Hey Dewy humidifier is great for your morning bathroom routine, in a car during your commute to work, at your workstation connected to your computer/laptop, overnight at your nightstand, and so much more!
How do I plug in the humidifier?
There is a USB that can connect to any standard port in a computer, car, or charger; the other end has a mini-USB that connects to the humidifier for power. For the new Wellness device, you can simply plug into your typical wall outlet or power source.
Is there a filter?
Yes, there is a removable filter that purifies the water from excessive minerals and pollutants before converting it into mist. Depending on frequency of use, we recommend replacing your filter every 4-6 months to maximize performance. Your first filter is included with the device
Can I turn off the night light?
Yes! The night light is an optional feature that can run with or without the mist.
How long will it spray?
After filling up with water, the spray can last up to 8 continuous hours. When in the intermittent mode, it can last twice as long. Please note that there is an auto shut-off feature after 8 hours, which can simply be turned back on with the push of the power button.
What type of water works best?
Pure, filtered water works best on our device. Distilled water may work, though some types may be too fine, causing excess dripping. Tap water may also work well, as there is a built-in system to ensure impurities are filtered before converting to mist.
Am I allowed to use essential oils?
It is not recommended to use anything other than water (filtered is best, though tap water would suffice). Essential oils could damage the device.
How do I clean it?
Simple water rinsing of the inner cavity on a regular basis would be effective. For breaking up any hard water buildup around the spout, you may gently brush the area under running water, using a small brush (like a toothbrush).
Can I travel with it?
Absolutely! The Hey Dewy humidifier is made for the on-the-go individual. It is compact and lightweight, and can be used in a car, airplane, hotel and more. Give it a go!
